Another first timer on the podcast today and definitely an important story to hear, as Tessa Tookes and her fiance Joey Kirchner join me to talk about their journey on BIP Canada to their viral video from a couple weeks ago that’s garnered national attention. If you haven’t heard or don’t know what happened, I highly suggest you listen to this podcast to hear Tessa tell exactly what happened to her, why she felt excluded, why Joey’s frustration with the situation made him make the video that ended up going viral and much, much more. I’ll admit, I had no idea this was even a thing. And really, why would I? I’ve never been engaged. Don’t know much about the bridal industry and so on and so forth. But I think this is something that everyone needs to hear because I’m guessing most people are in the same boat as me on this. Fascinating to hear Tessa’s story and I’m glad it’s gotten the national attention it has. Thanks to both of them for coming on and sharing their story. A fantastic listen.
