We play judges on TV, but I, she goes, I am not a judge. I am an arbitrator and she has a family law practice. Which is why I definitely want to get her involved in the Clayton case. And it’ll just be one podcast. We might even do a live with her rather than have a Thursday podcast come out with her again within the next few weeks.
But I definitely want to have her on again. Talk to her about the Clayton case because she only knows the basics. I want to fill her in. I’m going to send her some paperwork. Let her see. What the judges have said, it’s obviously damn near impossible to catch her up on every single thing that Laura Owens has said and done since May 20th of last year when she hooked up with Clayton that night.
It would, this woman has a job, she’s a mother and has three kids, like, I would not want to take her away from that. When so much has happened over the course of 15 months since that night, that fateful night in Arizona, where the very next day Clayton told Laura to her face. Yeah, I don’t want to be with you at all.
I just don’t think that it’s going to work out between us. And that was him being nice. He could have ghosted her. Could you imagine? I mean, This was Clayton telling Laura Owens to her face the night after they hooked up like shouldn’t have done that cross the line Don’t think we should be together going forward and look at what she did basically getting rejected face to face Could you imagine if Clayton ghosted her what her reaction would have been my gosh I don’t think I want to know and I haven’t spoken about Laura Owens in a while, because I just don’t want to, she makes my blood boil.
I’m very well aware of her last Medium post that she wrote about, where she says that she was diagnosed with autism. And I will say to that, what I’ve said all along when it comes to Laura Owens, Laura, because of your sketchy history, I don’t give you the benefit of the doubt you have to prove things when you say things and I’m sorry there was nothing in that article that she wrote that proved anything to me it was her just saying it so again we’re just supposed to believe her because she says so so very questionable there and the other thing I want to say is the fact that she’s using that as an excuse for her behavior is downright insulting to people who actually have autism.
Transcribed I don’t buy it for a second. That is my opinion. Laura, I do not believe that you were diagnosed with autism. Period. End of story. Moving on. Last night was the People’s Choice Country Awards, and I couldn’t tell you who was up for any of them. I couldn’t tell you who performed. I couldn’t tell you who presented.
I was too busy watching television shows and dealing with my iPhone 16 that I got yesterday. Which I’ll tell you about in a second. The biggest story to come out of the people’s choice country awards was the fact that Caitlin and Jason were both there and on the red carpet. I heard Caitlin interviewed and I couldn’t agree with her more guys.
This isn’t a big deal. Like it’s, I’m sure they’re not, you know, well, we know they’re not best friends, but we also know they don’t hate each other. They’re civil. They’re fine. Now let’s just say, for example, Serene and Brandon were on the red carpet. Okay. A little more, whoa, that was probably awkward.
Caitlin and Jason both being on the red carpet for a country award show last night and running into each other. It’s just, I understand people want to be click baity with their stories. And, but it was funny because I saw the, I think it was from e news that reporters interviewing Caitlin and Caitlin’s just shooting the whole thing down and she’s like, look, I, maybe a year ago it would have been a big deal, but now it’s not.
And the reporter was just like, okay, so everything is, everything is good. You’re fine. She’s like, yeah, she was basically like, why are you talking to me about this? It’s not that big of a deal. And she’s right. You know, when you think about it, it was also another thing where it was just them in the same vicinity with each other.
It’s not like they had to sit down next to each other and conduct an interview. It’s not like Caitlin was there. Well, at least in the videos that I saw, it’s not like Caitlin was there with a boyfriend and Jason was there with a girlfriend. The video that I saw was them solo on the red carpet happened to be within 15 feet of each other.
That’s the type of news that we’re running with now. Two people who broke up over a year ago are within 15 feet of each other on a red carpet, even though, like I said, they’re not enemies. They’re not BFFs either, but they’re fine. I hate to tell people this, but that wasn’t a story at all. And yet it was made out to be.
And it was funny because the interviewer says to Caitlin, you know what everyone will be talking about tomorrow? It’s like, well, yeah, because you’re the one making it a story. Caitlin’s sitting here telling you it’s not a big deal. I don’t care. And I don’t think he does either. And yet what were people posting on social media last night?
Oh my gosh, Caitlin and Jason, the same place. It’s like you don’t know what to say. It’s so not a story. It’s not that big of a deal. They didn’t have to interact. They didn’t have to conduct an interview together. It wasn’t a sit down, tell us about your relationship. Tell all interview. It was just two people who used to date walking on a red carpet within 15 feet of each other.
So I mentioned that I got my iPhone 16 yesterday and you know, it’s funny because I used to get the iPhone every year. The new one that came out, it’s always around September, October is when the new one comes out. I used to upgrade every year. I think I went from the 8 and I don’t think I got the 9. I went from the 8 to the 10, whenever it went from button to no button.
I think the 10 was the first one with no button, right? And then I went 11, 12, 13, but for whatever reason, I never did 14 and I never did 15. I don’t know why I just didn’t, but the 16 came out. I’m like, I’m going to get it. I literally ordered it two days ago and it came yesterday. So I ordered it on Tuesday and it came on Thursday.
So got it, hooked it up, did the swapping that I needed to do. And basically everything works. It’s still sinking my contacts and. And we’re actually not sinking my contacts, sinking my, um, text messages, cause you know, me, I don’t. Ever delete text messages. So when I went into my phone and I looked, when I go to messages in the, in the, in my iCloud, I have 846,350 messages,
Yikes. I guess that’s a lot. Maybe I should delete my, maybe I should delete text messages. Nah, I’m good. I don’t need to. I, um, but yeah, I mean, it’s a thing. I, I just don’t, why would you, you know, there’s no really, there’s really no need to. You never know. You never know when old text messages will come in handy.
So just keep that in mind, everyone. But as I kind of say, every time I have gotten a new phone, there’s little things that are different. Like to go from ring to vibrate, instead of flipping a switch up and down, you just hold the button and it goes from ring to vibrate, apparently the camera’s better, I don’t know, I haven’t taken any new pictures other than screenshots.
Since I got the camera. Video is supposed to be better, but everything else again seems to be the same. The biggest thing is when you get the new phone, every time you upgrade and get a new phone, it’s just the battery life works better. Your battery lasts a hell of a lot longer once you get it, but they always say that’s the trick that Apple pulls on you.
Once a new phone is coming out, the old phone that you have will start losing battery really quick. And then you’d be like, Oh, I can get a new phone. So that always seems to be the case. Like my phone’s been on ever since I got it. And I’m at like 75 percent and I’ve used it just as much as I would any other day.
