I’ve got some other thoughts that I didn’t get to yesterday. And I’m sorry, this is a major thing that’s happening right now because the appellate brief has been filed. He read the first 15 pages of it. And I do want to talk about some of the things that he said in his podcast the other night that I did not get to yesterday.
We’ve got some news on the survivor finale that came out yesterday. A first in the show’s history. I am going to get to that Kelly Flanagan Instagram story that she posted towards the end of last week. And yes, few of you have been asking. I did watch Cobra Kai in California on Friday when it came out, watched all five episodes.

You probably are asking, well, where’s the bachelor stuff that you’re talking about? Look, Grant season ended filming what? Three weeks ago, two and a half weeks ago, wherever we’re at now, two weeks. His first episode doesn’t air for over two months. The next thing I’m going to have for you is either going to be your episode by episode spoilers or your breakdown of who he chose.
That literally takes one day. And if I don’t do it all in one day where I do the episode by episode and give you the ending and I split it up into two days, then that’s two days. We have over two months. So there’s going to be so many days from now until January 27th grants premiere, where there’s just nothing to talk about in regards to grant season of the bachelor.
There’s just not. So I just wanted to get that out there. I know you’re looking for the winner, but I’m not going to give you the winner if I don’t have confirmation. I’ve heard rumblings. Yes, but I don’t. Base my spoilers off rumblings. I need confirmation and confirmation that I feel comfortable running with and I just haven’t gotten that yet.
So when I do, you will know. So a couple things that I wanted to get to in regards to the Gingras. Laura Owen stuff that is going on. Nothing came out yesterday, I don’t believe. No new videos from Gingras. Hopefully the appellate brief gets online and somebody posts it soon so Rachel Juarez can go over it and we can bring her on to give her thoughts.
She did watch the video of Gingras reading his first 15 pages of the appellate brief. I don’t want to misquote her. So I’m going to read directly from her text message. And I’ll say this, I’m just going to cherry pick some of the things that she wrote in her text message to me after she watched the David Gingras read the first 15 pages of his appellate brief.
These are just some of the sentences she wrote me. I think Gingras’s argument is a loser. There were other bases for the sanctions award. I don’t think he knows family law. I think he’s wrong about rule 26, but it really doesn’t matter. Because she has alternative basis for the sanctions. There’s a lot of other things she said, but those were the biggest things that I took from her text message and that she took when she responded to me, when I asked her, Hey, what’d you think of that?
Him reading those first 15 pages. And that’s what she said. So one of the things that I did want to address is something that Jingra said towards the end of the video last night, where. You know, he’s making it seem not last night, but you know, when he put out his video on Sunday, he’s making it seem like, Hey, when Laura lost the baby and she found out that she was no longer pregnant, there’s no need for anything.
Let’s just dump this whole thing and be done with it. Clayton was the one that wanted this farce to continue. That’s what he said, and it’s just like, first off, he wasn’t even involved in the case when Laura claimed she found out she wasn’t pregnant anymore. He didn’t come around until February or March.
She claimed she found out she wasn’t pregnant anymore mid November, two weeks after the pre trial hearing where it was on Zoom, she didn’t even know it was on Zoom, and she was showing everybody her baby bump. And two weeks later she claimed she found out she had lost the babies, or she was no longer pregnant.
Okay, so Gingras is like once she found out she was no longer pregnant. Basically, there’s no case here. There’s no family law involved here There’s no babies and I’m just like, of course, she wanted the case to end right there She wanted all of it to go away once she found out she wasn’t pregnant and Clayton was the one that continued all this Yeah, Clayton continued it.
You know why he did that Gingras because she drug him through the mud for six months and and claimed to be pregnant at 24 weeks with a baby bump on the video camera at the pre trial hearing, then two weeks later claims to lose the babies. Okay, if that were the case, then where did the 24 week babies go?
She said on the Zoom, I am 24 weeks pregnant and they are 100 percent Clayton’s. Two weeks later she found out she wasn’t pregnant anymore. Where are those babies? You didn’t miscarry at 24 weeks. You know what I’m saying? Anybody that was following this stuff back when Dave and I were covering it, September, October, November, as last year, we’re saying we were saying the same thing, Hey, everyone, when you say you’re pregnant, there’s literally two outcomes, either nine months later, a baby’s going to come out of you or.
You’re not going to have the baby anymore due to either taking care of it yourself or an unfortunate miscarriage. We all knew what was coming. We didn’t want to put it out into the open. But we all knew that she was never going to produce a baby nine months later. We were saying it without saying it.
And what happens two weeks after that pre trial hearing? Oh, miraculously. What a surprise. She did it. We, we were calling her steps before they even happened. We knew this was going to be the outcome. We knew that she was going to say, I lost the babies. But when you say at 24 weeks, I am 24 weeks pregnant and they are 100 percent Clayton’s and you’re showing a baby bump on a video and making sure everyone sees it to try and quote unquote prove your pregnancy.
And then two weeks later, Oh, I found out from the doctors. I no longer have them. Really? Then where are they? So, Jingerus stance of, Huh, this thing should have been over. Clayton is the one that wanted to continue this. Yeah, because she absolutely destroyed his character for six months. Then she doesn’t have any babies anymore and we’re expected to just drop it?
He’s expected to just let it go? Absolutely not. But he never addressed that in his video. You see what I’m saying? Like, he loves bringing it up. And if somebody was listening to that video for the first time and knew nothing about the case, You’d be like, yeah, why? Why would this guy continue a case when there was no babies anymore?
That is so short sighted and that’s so not giving all the facts. Something that Gingras loves to accuse other people of where you’re not giving both sides. Gingras, do you really think you’re giving both sides? When you say that it’s Clayton, that was the one that wanted to continue this case. How about you give a reason as to why he wanted to continue the case.
Your client dragged him through the mud for six straight months. She embarrassed him. She lost him money on certain events that he was going to do. Certain accounts he had, she dragged his name through the mud. She made it seem like he was an awful guy. Of course he was going to continue the case. He wanted to know, she kept saying, she kept telling the world for two months or six months, this guy was the father of twins inside of her.
Then she loses the baby. She’s like, Hey, can we just go, can we just get rid of this story? We just leave. I don’t want to do this anymore. There’s no babies. No, I’m sorry. It doesn’t work that way. Why doesn’t he ever address that? You know what I’m saying? You know what else we found out yesterday? Laura Owens is starting a podcast.
Laura, you are such a fraud. Who the fuck is going to listen to you talk? Who the fuck cares what you have to say about anything? Honestly. You are going to spew the exact same stuff that you’ve written in your media, medium blogs for the last six months. It’s going to be the same stories over and over and I will say this till I’m blue in the face.
And Laura, it’s too late now because you or anybody in your camp has had over a year to approach me or Dave. It’s funny that David Gingras calls the Justice for Clayton crew a cult. And it’s funny that David Gingras gets mad at Dave Neal for posting videos. You realize Dave Neal has, what, 85, 000 subscribers on YouTube?
He’s got a cult, but a positive cult, of followers that believe what he says and believe the truths that he gives because he gives proof when he talks about things and he exposes things about Laura. What is hilarious, and I’ve said this numerous times and I’m going to repeat it again because Laura now has a podcast that she’s going to charge on Patreon, Patreon.
com. Which is just laughable. Congratulations. You owe 160, 000 to Clayton. Yeah, you’ll be able to ground, you’ll be able to scrounge up maybe, I don’t know, 75 through your Patreon. Good luck with that. That’s going to put a real dent in the money that you owe. Anyway, I digress. What my point here is, what’s funny about all of this is that Dave’s got all these followers.
He’s built up, like I said, 85, 000 subscribers on YouTube because people want to hear what he says. And ever since this story has gone public in September of 2023. There’s not a single person, and I would read you the email, I would run to my podcast if anybody ever emailed me or contacted me on social media, on Twitter, on Instagram, on Facebook, anybody came to me and said, Steve, I know Laura, she’s a good friend of mine, or I knew Laura, not even somebody that isn’t even in contact with Laura now and maybe knew her in high school, saying you guys are wrong, she’s a great girl, she would never make all this stuff up.
How in 15 months can Dave build an army of followers that gets him up to 85, 000 subscribers and you haven’t had one person outside of your mother or David Gingras who has defended you publicly in any of this? Don’t you think somebody would come to your defense? You have a fucking sister, whose sonogram you also used.
You have a sister. Who has never said a word publicly to in support of you and all you do is complain about people believing Dave and People coming to the aid of Dave. Why don’t you have anybody coming to the aid of you? Why don’t you have anybody backing you up? And I’m sorry I’ve been saying this for 15 months if somebody comes now, it’s too late because now you’re probably telling them Hey go defend me go defend me Nobody on their own volition has come out and tried to defend Laura Owens to myself You Or Dave Neal, we’ve never gotten one email from anybody, an email, a Twitter DM, an Instagram DM, a Facebook message from anybody in 15 months over this story from somebody on Laura’s side that said, Hey, you guys might be wrong.
Not even saying like you guys are dead wrong. Mike, you might be wrong about this. This doesn’t sound like Laura a little out of character. I can’t see her doing this. Not one person. Really? Laura, you’ve been on your medium blog numerous times. You’ve posted on Facebook a few times telling your story and nobody has ever contacted myself or Dave to defend you when everybody has no problem coming to Dave’s defense.
Don’t you find that a little odd? I’m sure you’ll come up with some lie or story and tell your four Patreon subscribers about it, but you’re a joke. You’re a flat out joke. I’m glad you’re being investigated by Arizona. I hope they come to the conclusion that we all think they should come to. You’re going to lose your appellate.
