Jenner Posts ‘Good Riddance’ After Simpson Death
Jenner’s initial post, a simple “Good Riddance #OJSimpson” garnered thousands of comments, reposts, and likes. However, commenters were quick to point out that Jenner herself was involved in a fatal car crash in 2015, resulting in the death of a woman named Kim Howe.

Jenner Brushes Off Criticisms of Post
“I know you all think it’s cute to compare a fatal car accident (with multiple vehicles involved) to a BRUTAL MURDER… But Remember… OJ said something to the effect of… I could kill her (Nicole) and get away with it bc I’m #OJSimpson,” Jenner posted on Friday, April 12.
After a commenter again pointed out Jenner’s involvement in the car crash by saying, “Umm sir ma’am… you killed bruce.. pipe down and sit this one out,” she let it be known that she remained unbothered by the criticisms.
“Living for the replies / comments. Omg!” she replied, brushing off the commenters.

Commenters Point Out Jenner’s Involvement In Fatal Crash
Jenner was never charged for her role in the fatal car crash. TMZ reported that, “The D.A. has rejected the case, saying she was not speeding, she hit the brakes though belatedly, and her conduct was not ‘unreasonable’ based on all the facts.”
At the time of the accident, Jenner was still known as Bruce. According to an US Weekly story, “The sole fatality from the four-car accident involving Bruce Jenner on Saturday, Feb. 7 has been identified as Kim Howe, The Los Angeles Times reports. Howe was a neighbor of the famous Kardashian-Jenner clan, who live in Calabasas, Calif.”

Jenner And Former Wife Were Close With Brown Simpson
“We were supposed to have lunch the next day, the day after she was murdered. She said she wanted to show me some things and talk about what was in her safe. And so now, unfortunately, it all makes sense that that’s probably what she wanted to reveal to me that next day, which broke my heart because I always feel horrible that I didn’t pay enough attention.”
The Guardian reported that, “Five days before she was murdered, Nicole called a domestic violence shelter to ask what it would take for her to disappear to someplace where OJ couldn’t find her. By then, she had long been keeping evidence of his abuse, including photographs of her injuries and letters from him confessing to beating her, in a safe-deposit box at a bank.”

Jenner Has Spoken About Notorious Case Before
Jenner opened up about the case on a 2021 episode of Australia’s “Big Brother VIP.”
“We were there. And it was an extraordinarily difficult time. Nicole was Kris’ best friend. Had been for a long time. I was at Nicole’s house two days before the murder,” she told the other contestants on the show.
“Obviously he did it,” she continued. “And he got away with it. And at one point, he even told Nicole, ‘I’ll kill you and get away with it because I’m O.J. Simpson.”
The former football player died at age 72 on Wednesday, April 10, following a cancer diagnosis. He was found not guilty in the murder trial back in 1995, but was later found to be liable for their deaths in a civil lawsuit.
