Let me start off by saying Miami Art Week is the best Contemporary Art Week in the United States, and most likely the best/largest in the world. If you love art this is your week, be in Miami.
More than 1100 galleries from around the world are bring art to Miami and Miami Beach. Plus all of the art museums and non-profit art organizations are planning special exhibitions and events. Did I mention galleries and artist studios, Miami has a bunch of good ones that should be visited, and much more. Finally, the weather should be in the 70-80 degree range, making for a great week.
If possible, plan on spending at least four days at Miami Art Week, as the week is flush with opportunities to mix, mingle; and, of course, feast one’s eyes on an incredible array of great art! Not only are the art fairs vibrant and engaging in of themselves, but related events and parties occur at local art museums, private collections, non-profit art organizations, galleries and artist studios.

Free Shuttles, we highly recommend the free shuttle services, especially when traveling between Miami and Miami Beach. Shuttles are offered by Art Miami, Pulse, NADA, Concept, Fridge, SELECT, Miami River Art Fair and a few other fairs. However, sometimes the shuttles can be difficult to catch, so you might need other options like public transit or cabs.
